How to read these guides

Every guide follows the same shape:

1. What this is — one-sentence explanation of the feature
2. When you'd use it — concrete examples
3. Step-by-step — clicks and where to find things, in order
4. Common questions — quick answers to the stuff people ask most

When you see Linkilo → Settings → AI Settings, that means: in your WordPress admin, click Linkilo in the sidebar, then Settings (under the Manage group), then AI Settings in the left-hand navigation of the Settings page. Group names such as Linking or Fix are the small headers inside the Linkilo menu; they help you find the item but aren't clickable themselves.

Where everything lives in your WordPress admin

After installing Linkilo, you'll see a Linkilo menu in your WordPress sidebar. Summary comes first (it reads Complete Install until you run your first scan), followed by five groups:

• Linking — Link Priorities, Add New Auto Links, Add URLs, Focus Keyword, Update URL, AI Suggestions
• Diagnose — Index Coverage, Orphan Pages, Anchor Report, Keyword Cannibalization Report, Link Cannibalization Report, Click Analytics
• Fix — Fix Link Health, Broken Link Checker, Redirection, Crawler Analyzer
• AI Lab — Linkilo AI – Beta (the page is headed Linkilo AI Workbench), Topic Clusters, Keyword Conflicts, Keyword Specialist
• Manage — Setup Guide, Reports, MCP Access, Settings

Some items only appear once their feature is switched on (Broken Link Checker, Redirection, Click Analytics, Crawler Analyzer, Reports). The quickest way to turn them on is Linkilo → Manage → Setup Guide.

Licensing is no longer a separate menu item: it lives at Linkilo → Settings → Licensing (under the Advanced group), and all AI settings live at Linkilo → Settings → AI Settings.

If the directions ever don't match what you see (maybe a button moved in a newer version), tell us and we'll update this guide.
