How to read these guides

Every guide follows the same shape:

  1. What this is — one-sentence explanation of the feature
  2. When you'd use it — concrete examples
  3. Step-by-step — clicks and where to find things, in order
  4. Common questions — quick answers to the stuff people ask most

When you see Settings → AI Settings → API Key, that means: in your WordPress admin, click Linkilo in the sidebar, then Settings, then the AI Settings tab, and look for the API Key field.

Where everything lives in your WordPress admin

After installing Linkilo, you'll see a Linkilo menu in your WordPress sidebar with these submenus:

  • Dashboard — at-a-glance home
  • AI Suggestions — review and apply link suggestions
  • Topic Clusters — visual hierarchy + content strategy
  • Linkilo AI – Beta — AI insights overview
  • Reports — Anchor, Focus Keyword, Orphan, Cannibalization
  • Tools — Broken Links, Redirection, Click Analytics, Crawl Log
  • Settings — the big configuration page
  • License — activate with your purchase key

If the directions ever don't match what you see (maybe a button moved in a newer version), tell us and we'll update this guide.

Happy linking!
