Designed for broad compatibility
Linkilo is designed to work with most WordPress themes out of the box. We’ve tested against the top 25 most popular themes — Astra, Kadence, GeneratePress, Hello Elementor, Divi, Avada, Bricks, Blocksy, OceanWP, Neve and others — without issue.
What Linkilo adds to your theme
Most of Linkilo runs in the WordPress admin, where your theme is not involved. On the public side of your site Linkilo only touches a few things, each of which you control under Linkilo → Settings:
- Link styling and icons for internal and external links (Internal Links and External Links)
- The Link Preview hover card
- The Related Posts block under your content
If any of these look wrong with your theme, you can switch that one feature off while we look into it.
Custom themes
If you’re using a custom theme, certain CSS rules can conflict with how Linkilo renders inside the editor or on the front-end. If you spot anything off, contact our support team with a screenshot and the theme name. We’ll investigate and provide a fix.
