Will Linkilo Conflict with Other Plugins?

Built for broad compatibility

Linkilo is designed to play nicely with the plugins WordPress site owners commonly run — SEO plugins (Rank Math, Yoast, AIOSEO, SEOPress), page builders (Elementor, Divi, Beaver, Bricks, Oxygen), caching plugins, security plugins, and more.

We test against popular combinations during development to minimise conflicts.

One conflict Linkilo prevents itself

Two copies of Linkilo cannot run at the same time. If you try to activate Linkilo 3.0 while an older Linkilo is still active, activation stops with the message “Linkilo 3.0 was not activated” and names the other copy. Deactivate and delete the older copy under Plugins, then activate 3.0.

If you do run into a conflict

In rare cases a plugin combination triggers an issue. If that happens:

  1. Try the plugin conflict detection guide — it walks through isolating the conflicting plugin using Health Check & Troubleshooting.
  2. Contact our support team with details of the issue, the plugins you have active, and your WordPress / PHP version. We’ll work with you to find a fix.

Many “conflicts” are actually configuration issues that take five minutes to resolve once we know what’s involved.
