Linkilo Refund Policy

Within 30 days

If you're within 30 days of purchase, request a cancellation and we'll issue a full refund. Submit a ticket with the email you used at purchase.

After 30 days

We don't issue refunds after the 30-day window. If you're hitting a product issue we haven't resolved, contact us before the 30-day window closes — we'll work with you. After the window, support continues but refunds aren't available.

Disputes / chargebacks

Filing a payment dispute (chargeback) before contacting us is treated as a permanent ban: name, email, websites, and IP address are blocked from purchasing again. This isn't punitive — chargebacks hurt our ability to work with merchant processors, which makes it harder for us to serve other customers.

Please reach out first. We'd much rather solve the underlying problem and refund you cleanly than lose you to a dispute.
