How to Cancel Your Subscription

Two ways to cancel

Option 1 — Cancel from your account dashboard

1. Log in to your Linkilo account
2. Open your active subscription
3. Click Cancel subscription
4. Confirm

Option 2 — Open a support ticket

Submit a ticket and request cancellation. Include the email address you used to register your account so we can find it quickly.

What changes when you cancel

The links Linkilo inserted into your content stay in place — see Will I Lose My Links If I Cancel? for the full breakdown.

A few real-time display features stop rendering:

• Link Preview Tool — the hover-card preview stops appearing on the front-end
• Link Icons — custom link icons stop rendering

Everything else (the inserted links themselves, your settings, your data) stays in the WordPress database. If you reactivate later, the display features come back automatically.
