How to Add a Site to Your Linkilo License

When you need this

If you installed Linkilo on a site and it didn’t auto-register, or you’re moving the plugin to a new domain, you can add the site manually from your account.

Step-by-step

1. Log in to your Linkilo account
2. Click View License
3. Click Manage Sites
4. Enter the full URL of the website, including https:// (for example https://example.com)
5. Click Add Site

The site activation should propagate within a minute. If it doesn’t, go to Linkilo → Settings → Advanced → Licensing in your WordPress admin, paste your key into the License key field and click Activate License again.

Subdomains and www

Since Linkilo 3.0, a site is registered under its main domain. example.com, www.example.com and subdomains such as shop.example.com are grouped under one license domain, so they count as one site on your license.

This grouping is only for license counting. If you connect sites together to find links between them, each connected site still needs its exact WordPress address — see How to connect other external sites you own.
