How to Remove a Website from Your License

When to use this

  • You no longer manage the site
  • You want to free up an activation slot to use on a different site
  • Client work is finished and you're handing off the site

Step-by-step

  1. Log in to your Linkilo account
  2. Click View License
  3. Click Manage Sites
  4. Find the website you want to remove
  5. Click Deactivate

The slot is freed instantly and you can add a different site to take its place.

Note: Deactivating the site from your account also stops real-time display features (Link Preview, Link Icons) on that site. The inserted links themselves stay in the content.
